			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi!  Its me Marci again!  One of the questions that I am getting a lot lately is “How do I prepare myself for the Zerona Lipo-Laser treatments?”</p>
<p>The answer is quite simple:</p>
<ul>
<li>Start cleaning up your diet.</li>
<li>Cut out fried foods and fast foods.</li>
<li>Increase your natural fiber intake.       For example eat an apple a day.       Increase your raw vegetable intake…things like that.</li>
<li>Cut back on high fat foods.</li>
<li>Cut back or eliminate (even better) on processed foods…baloney,      white breads, boxed convenience foods (highly processed).</li>
<li>Cut back or eliminate sweets like cookies and cakes.</li>
<li>Cut bake or eliminate caffeine…it is a diuretic and an unnatural      stimulant</li>
<li>Cut out all carbonated drinks!</li>
<li>Increase your intake of water!!!</li>
<li>That’s all as far as your diet goes.</li>
<li>The only other thing I would recommend, if you lived a totally      sedentary life, would be to start walking –for approximately 15 mins per      day.  We have all Zerona Lipo-Laser      patients walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes after each of their      sessions.</li>
<li>The more you move-the more you lose!</li>
