How Can I Start Preparing for My Zerona Lipo Laser Treatments?
Hi! Its me Marci again! One of the questions that I am getting a lot lately is “How do I prepare myself for the Zerona Lipo-Laser treatments?”
The answer is quite simple:
- Start cleaning up your diet.
- Cut out fried foods and fast foods.
- Increase your natural fiber intake. For example eat an apple a day. Increase your raw vegetable intake…things like that.
- Cut back on high fat foods.
- Cut back or eliminate (even better) on processed foods…baloney, white breads, boxed convenience foods (highly processed).
- Cut back or eliminate sweets like cookies and cakes.
- Cut bake or eliminate caffeine…it is a diuretic and an unnatural stimulant
- Cut out all carbonated drinks!
- Increase your intake of water!!!
- That’s all as far as your diet goes.
- The only other thing I would recommend, if you lived a totally sedentary life, would be to start walking –for approximately 15 mins per day. We have all Zerona Lipo-Laser patients walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes after each of their sessions.
- The more you move-the more you lose!
